Katy Darby - WRITER, EDITOR, TEACHER AND WOMAN-ABOUT-TOWN
Other stuff

Editing
I am a former editor (and still pick pieces for Story Sunday) of Litro, a magazine of short fiction, and I run Liars' League, a monthly story reading night based in the West End, which has been going since 2007.

Reviewing
I'm an occasional reviewer of plays and musicals for the international theatre website PlaysToSee, and the London-centric OneStopArts. I've also reviewed books, films and theatre, and conducted interviews for various other publications, including the Camden New Journal, West End Extra and Notes from the Underground.

Articles/Fiction Commissioning
I'm the Fiction Editor for the fabulous .Cent Magazine and commission authors whose work I know and admire to write flash fiction pieces on .Cent's forthcoming themes. I also write the occasional book-flavoured piece on "Three Ambiguous Authors" "Five Poised Characters", "Three Sea Stories" etc.
